On the back of the decor are strong double-sided tape. If you want to remove the decor, color from the furniture can come loose.  Frontcover accepts no responsibility for damage to furniture that has occurred with the removal of the decor.

When ordering online, a purchase agreement is entered when you click on "Order" in the cart. Thereafter, a preliminary order confirmation will automatically be sent to you by e-mail (provided you stated the correct e-mail address). You can then verify what you ordered from us. If something is wrong or if you want to change something please contact us by e-mail [email protected]

The prices shown are always the current ones. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Neither price cuts nor price increases presented in our webshop affect orders that have already left our warehouse. Returns are made at the same price as the purchase.

All products include VAT for EU countries.

Warranty and complaint

All our products are covered by a warranty relating to material and production errors. If the receiver itself in any way damages or modifies the product, this warranty does not apply. The product is Frontcovers liability until it reaches the shipping address.

We sell all products with three (3) years of warranty according to Swedish law.

Check your order

Upon delivery of your package, you must check if the packaging is damaged. Any damage may be noted on the shipping slip that the driver / delivery point has. NOTE! If the damage is not noted, no complaint can be made. If you still have the trouble to get a defective product, we would like you to take photos and send to [email protected] Complaints not made within 7 days of delivery are not accepted.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have an open purchase for 14 days from the date we delivered your decor (the date you received mail with delivery information). During that period, you can return the decor and get your money back. We will use the same payment method for your refund as you used to purchase.  Always contact us by email before returning, and we will inform you how to return the item / goods. If any of the products are destroyed, you will not be refunded. Products must be returned well packaged in the same package as they are delivered in or in an equivalent package. The cost of the return is paid by the buyer

The recipient is responsible for checking that the delivery and the products are undamaged when receiving the package. In case of any problems with packages or missing goods, a written notice must be sent by e-mail to [email protected]

Damaged goods
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will replace the parts that are damaged or the entire product, or refund the money and the part of the shipping cost that the product is wearing. Inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. If any damage, fault or defect is discovered, this should be advertised to Frontcover directly. If you do not advertise within one week, you are deemed to have accepted the delivery.

Product information
Frontcover reserves the right to make any mistakes in the product information contained in the webshop and also does not guarantee that images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products.

Personal data
When ordering products from Frontcover, you will be asked to fill in your contact details. By acknowledging your purchase, you consent to this information being saved so that we can complete our agreement with you as a customer. In accordance with the Personal Data Act (198: 204), you are entitled to know what information Frontcover has registered about you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you are entitled to request that they be corrected or deleted. If this would be the case, please contact us by e-mail [email protected]

The information you provide to us will not be forwarded or sold in any way or in any form. We use the information to process your order. Your e-mail address is used to send the order confirmation to you and if we need to contact you.

In case of a dispute, we have a policy to comply with the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
