1. RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so please check your purchase immediately upon delivery and if you want to return anything, contact Frontcover by emailing us (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will then contact you to organize a return.
Here´s a list of the terms of our return policy:
- We allow returns within 14 days from the date you received your purchase
- The item(s) need to be unused and in their original state
- The item(s) need to be returned in their original packaging and as 1 package
- The item(s) need to be sent back to Frontcover within 30 days from the date you received the package
- If you wish to return any item(s), the shipping fee will not be reimbursed but we will reimburse the remaining amount via the same method used to make your purchase.
- Taxes can sometimes be applicable in certain countries
- Custom made decor can only be returned if defective.
*If you are missing any points of the list, unfortunately we can not be able to offer you a return.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR THE RETURN OR CLAIM?
After Frontcover receives and confirms that your return item(s) meets the return policy requirements, we will process the refund. How long it takes depends on the refund policy of your credit card company. Please remember that the shipping fees will only be reimbursed for claims. Upon the reception and verification of your return package (this can take up to 30 days), we will e-mail you with confirmation that your refund has been processed.
3. HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME TO RETURN MY PACKAGE?
The return shipping cost is the same as the original shipping cost. See your order receipt for the exact amount. If you have met all the requirements listed above, Frontcover will refund the amount of all returned items to your credit card, excluding the shipping fees.
*The brokerage/handling fee will not be reimbursed.
4. WHAT TO DO IF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE IS BROKEN ?
We usually only accept returns and complaints in original packaging, but if for some reason, the original packaging is destroyed, you can replace it with a similar package of the same size and thickness and free from other labels or barcodes.
5. WHAT IS THE FRONTCOVER GUARANTEE?
The warranty is valid from the date you have received the goods and three years ahead. If you find that there is something wrong with the product, please contact us and we will investigate your complaint as soon as possible. Frontcover fixes the error as far as possible and otherwise you get a new product. If the decor is no longer in our range, you will receive an equivalent product or the money back.
6. CAN I EXCHANGE ONE PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER?
Unfortunately not. If you do not like the design of your purchase, you are welcome to return it to Frontcover (according to the above instructions). The cost of the items will be refunded to your original form of payment (excluding the shipping fees). You can then place a new order.
